Sport are good exercise and keep you healthy. Some sports like running, swimming and cycling make your heart beat fast and improve blood circulation. Ball sports like basketball and volleyball improve hand and eye co-ordination. When you run and jump, or throw or kick a ball, you develop strong muscles and bones. Team sports like football help you co-operate with your friends and are fun.
